24/7 On-Call Services
We always have someone on call 24 hours. In addition, when we acquire a new property, we give all the tenants instructions on how to reach the property manager in an emergency. We also contact the City where each property is located, as well as any security or monitoring company, to make sure they also have all our emergency telephone numbers.
Maintenance of the Property in a Clean and Orderly Fashion
We negotiate all maintenance contracts, obtaining competitive bids when advisable, and pass on any savings we might obtain from volume discounts on the purchase of materials and supplies. We make frequent physical inspections of the property and recommend when capital expenditures are needed.
